We collect information necessary to provide financial services, including: full name, date of birth, address, contact details, tax file numbers and foreign tax identifiers, government-issued ID, employment and financial information, source-of-funds evidence, trading activity, device and log data, and communications with our team.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information to: verify identity and comply with AML/CTF, FATCA and CRS obligations; open and administer accounts; execute and settle transactions; assess suitability for products such as IPOs; provide client support; improve our services; and send service and regulatory communications.

4. Disclosure to Third Parties

We may share information with executing brokers, custodians, banks, clearing houses, IPO issuers and their agents, identity verification providers, cloud infrastructure vendors, professional advisers, and Australian and foreign regulators or law enforcement where required. Some recipients may be located overseas, including in the United States, the United Kingdom and the European Union.

5. Security

We use TLS encryption in transit, encryption at rest, role-based access controls, mandatory multi-factor authentication for staff, and continuous monitoring. No system is perfectly secure; you must protect your credentials and enable two-factor authentication on your account.

6. Retention

We retain records for at least seven years after account closure, or longer where required by the Corporations Act, AML/CTF Act, tax law or regulator directive.
